Properties located within the Village's "Historic District" are regulated by the Historic District Board. The Historic District Board is tasked with maintaining the historic integrity that is unique to Roslyn Village. All work affecting the exterior of the property, including but not limited to; Paint, siding, windows, roofing, lighting, landscape features, walls, fences, masonry and other items, require a permit and Historic Board Review. To aid in this process, the Village has developed Guidelines for various types of projects. Please view and then print the following PDF Guidelines Documents. The first document listed below is the Historic Board Application which must be completed and submitted along with a standard Building Permit Application available at the Building Department.
